Policies

Appointments

-Clients are asked to arrive 5-10 minutes early to their appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time depending upon the schedule.

-Appointments are confirmed 2 hours in advance via text & email.

-A health intake form is required to be completed and signed by the client receiving treatment. If for any reason the client refuses to fill out their form, treatment will be refused.

-Clients receiving treatment under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian give verbal and written consent.

Cancellation

-Please give 24 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment. If notice is given less than 24 hours the client will be charged 50% of their session cost.

Right to Refuse Service

-The Massage Therapist has the right to refuse service for various reasons including health concerns in regard to the client & unethical behavior.

-Misconduct and/or inappropriate advances will not be tolerated at Aura Massage. You will be asked to leave & not welcomed back.
